Every year directors from the participating companies' teams are invited to climb Snowdon with a view to meeting their teams on the mountain.

The day begins at the Quality Hotel, Llanberis, where a member of COINS 3 Peaks Challenge Team will deliever a briefing and a chance to meet other directors who are taking part. The directors then leave for a leisurely paced walk to the summit of Snowdon where the aim is to meet their team and cheer them on.

On the Saturday prior to the walk COINS hosts a Directors dinner that all participating directors are invited to join.
