Every year Directors from participating companies' are invited to come, encourage and support their teams by taking up their own challenge of climbing Snowdon, this year on the 9th May.

On the Saturday night COINS hosts a dinner for the directors at a fantastic restaurant just outside Llanberis, the Rhiwafallen.  This offers a perfect opportuntiy for directors to aquaint themselves with each other as well as discovering how their teams are getting on during the challenge (unsolicted bets on teams times and positions inevitabely get placed between  the competitive directors!).

On the Sunday morning the directors meet at the Royal Legacy Victoria Hotel, Llanberis, at 11am where a member of the COINS 3 Peaks Challenge Team will greet the directors and brief them before they undertake their own challenge of conquering Snowdon (at a leisurely pace).  The aim of the day is to ensure that directors can meet up with their teams as they ascend Snowdon offering words of encouragement and cheering them on to find those last morsels of energy to complete the COINS 3 Peaks Challenge.

As directors triumphantly cross the finish line they are welcomed by the COINS challenge team and are invited to cheer their teams over the finish line and join in with the evenings celebrations which take place in our marquee.  The reception starts with a fantastic Hog Roast dinner accompanied by pictures, videos and live tweets being broadcast in the marquee, then the real party starts!
