The COINS 3 Peaks Challenge is a corporate team building event which combines fundraising challenges with the physical challenge of the event itself.  In general, team building activities only have lasting effects on team performance when they are well designed and meet specific targets and objectives.  The COINS 3 Peaks Challenge has such an objective: raise £5,000 or more and in 24 hours or less climb the three highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales.
